TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Your Guide to Training with Aramtec:

Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before registering for any training course provided by Aramtec (referred to as "Aramtec," "we," "us," or "our"). By registering for and attending any course, you ("Participant," "Learner," or "you") agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
- 1. Course Registration and Acceptance
- Registration Process: To register for a course, you must complete the online registration form on aramtec.org or any other designated registration method, providing accurate and complete information.
- Eligibility: Participants must meet any stated prerequisites for the chosen course. By registering, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age or have obtained parental/guardian consent if a minor (proof may be requested).
- Confirmation: Registration is considered an offer to book a course. Your registration will be confirmed upon successful processing of your application and receipt of payment (or agreed payment terms). You will receive an email confirmation detailing your course, dates, times, and location (if applicable).
- Right to Refuse: Aramtec reserves the right to refuse service or registration to any individual for any reason, including but not limited to, failure to meet prerequisites, previous breaches of these terms, or concerns about disruptive behavior.
- 2. Fees and Payment
- Course Fees: All course fees are clearly stated on the Aramtec website (aramtec.org) or in specific course brochures. Fees are subject to change without prior notice, but changes will not affect confirmed registrations.
- Payment Terms: Full payment of course fees is required to guarantee your seat, typically [e.g., 10 business days] before the course start date. Specific payment deadlines will be communicated during registration.
- Payment Methods: Accepted payment methods will be specified on the website (e.g., credit/debit cards, bank transfer). All transactions will be processed in UAE Dirhams (AED).
- Late Payment: Failure to make timely payments may result in cancellation of your registration without refund or the inability to attend the course.
- Taxes: All fees are net fees and may be subject to Value Added Tax (VAT) or any other applicable national taxes as per UAE law. This will be clearly indicated on invoices.
- 3. Cancellations, Refunds, and Transfers
- Cancellation by Participant:
- More than [e.g., 14] business days prior to course start: Full refund of course fees, minus any non-refundable registration or material charges (if applicable).
- Between [e.g., 7-14] business days prior to course start: [e.g., 50%] refund of course fees.
- Less than [e.g., 7] business days prior to course start, or non-attendance: No refund will be provided, except in exceptional circumstances (e.g., documented medical emergency, death in immediate family) at Aramtec’s sole discretion, which may require supporting documentation.
- All cancellation requests must be made in writing via email to [info@aramtec.org or designated email address].
- Transfers:
- Requests to transfer to a different course or a later date must be made in writing and are subject to availability and Aramtec’s approval.
- A transfer fee may apply if the request is made within [e.g., 7] business days of the original course start date.
- Only one transfer per registration is generally permitted. Subsequent transfer requests may be treated as cancellations.
- Cancellation or Changes by Aramtec:
- Aramtec reserves the right to reschedule, postpone, cancel, or amend a course at any time due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., insufficient registrations, instructor unavailability, force majeure).
- In the event of a cancellation by Aramtec, you will be offered alternative dates, a full refund, or a credit note for future courses. Aramtec will not be liable for any additional costs incurred by the Participant (e.g., travel, accommodation).
- Aramtec reserves the right to change course content, instructors, or venues without prior notice, provided the core learning objectives are not fundamentally altered.

- 4. Course Content and Intellectual Property
- Course Materials: All course materials, including presentations, handouts, digital content, exercises, and assessments, are the exclusive property of Aramtec or its licensors.
- Personal Use Only: Participants are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, and limited license to use the course materials for their personal educational purposes only.
- Prohibited Use: You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, modify, create derivative works from, sell, resell, or exploit any part of the course materials or content for any commercial purpose or to create competing courses.
- Confidentiality: Any confidential information disclosed during the course, whether by Aramtec or other participants, must be kept confidential and not disclosed to third parties.
- No Guarantees of Outcome: While Aramtec strives to provide high-quality training, we do not guarantee specific results or outcomes from participating in our courses. Outcomes depend on individual effort, prior knowledge, and application of learned skills.
- 5. Participant Conduct and Responsibilities
- Professional Conduct: Participants are expected to behave in a professional, respectful, and courteous manner towards instructors, staff, and other participants. Disruptive, offensive, or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated.
- Compliance with Laws: Participants must comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and cultural norms of the United Arab Emirates while attending courses, whether in person or online.
- Health and Safety: If attending in-person courses, participants must adhere to all health, safety, and security rules and regulations of the training venue.
- Equipment and Software: For online courses, participants are responsible for ensuring they have the necessary equipment (computer, webcam, headset) and internet connectivity (recommended minimum speed of 0.5 Mbps) to access and participate in the course. Aramtec is not responsible for technical issues arising from the participant’s equipment or internet service.
- Login Details: For online courses, login credentials are for your exclusive use. Sharing login details with others is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination of access without refund.
- 6. Data Protection and Privacy
- Collection of Personal Data: Aramtec collects and processes personal data from Participants for the purposes of course registration, administration, communication, and providing training services. This may include your name, contact details, payment information, and course progress.
- Data Usage: Your personal data will be used in accordance with Aramtec’s Privacy Policy and applicable UAE data protection laws (e.g., Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on Personal Data Protection).
- Security: Aramtec implements reasonable physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect your personal information.
- Consent: By registering for a course, you consent to Aramtec collecting and processing your personal data as described in these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
- Marketing: Aramtec may use your contact information to send you updates about courses, promotions, or related services. You can opt-out of marketing communications at any time.
- 7. Limitation of Liability
- Aramtec shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (a) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the services; (b) any conduct or content of any third party on the services; (c) any content obtained from the services; and (d) unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content.
- In no event shall Aramtec’s aggregate liability for all claims relating to the courses exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific course giving rise to the liability.
- 8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
- These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Emirate of Abu Dhabi and the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates.
- Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates.
- 9. Entire Agreement
These Terms and Conditions, together with any specific course information or policies referenced herein, constitute the entire agreement between you and Aramtec regarding the subject matter and supersede all prior or contemporaneous understandings and agreements, whether written or oral.
- 10. Severability
If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
- 11. Amendments
Aramtec reserves the right to update, change, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions by posting updates and/or changes to aramtec.org. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes. Your continued use of or access to the website and services following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
