Please read these Privacy and Policy carefully before registering for any training course provided by Aramtec (referred to as "Aramtec," "we," "us," or "our"). By registering for and attending any course, you ("Participant," "Learner," or "you") agree to be bound by these Privacy and Policy.

  • Non-Personal Information (Automatically Collected):
    • Session durations on the website.
    • Content accessed on the website.
    • Frequency and scope of website usage.
    • Information about your computer and internet connection (e.g., operating system).
    • Device Information: web browser, IP address, time zone, cookies, log files (IP address, browser type, ISP, referring/exit pages, date/time stamps), web beacons, tags, pixels (to record Browse behavior).
  • Personal Information (Voluntarily Provided):
    • Information provided when completing contact forms.
    • Information provided via email.
    • Information submitted when signing up for newsletters or event invitations.

  • Aramtec states they take reasonable measures to ensure their website is a secure site.
  • Credit/debit card details and personally identifiable information will not be stored, sold, shared, or rented to any third parties. (Note: While they state this, payment details are provided directly to payment providers via a secured connection).
  • They use a variety of legal mechanisms, including contracts, to ensure rights and protections travel with your data when transferred.
  • They have physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards in place to protect personal information stored in their records.

Order information is maintained for records unless and until you request its deletion.

  • Right to be informed of how your Personal Data is used.
  • Right to access any personal data held about you (Subject Access Request, usually free, response within 30 days, may require identity confirmation).
  • Right to withdraw consent at any time (by emailing info@aramtec.org, which suggests a connected entity or previous partnership).
  • Right to rectify any inaccurate or incomplete personal data.
  • Right to prevent processing for direct marketing, scientific/historical research, or in ways likely to cause substantial damage.
  • Special Categories of Personal Data: racial or ethnic origin, philosophical beliefs, sex life, sexual orientation, political opinions, trade union membership, health information, genetic and biometric data.
  • Information about criminal convictions and offenses.

If information required for contract performance is not provided, Aramtec may not be able to enter into a contract with you or fulfill its obligations.

Aramtec notes that it does not alter its data collection and use practices when it sees a Do Not Track signal from your browser.
